Yes! I finally got my very own apple macbookpro 15”! It sure is gonna be useful in England, but I am enjoying it already.
Yea it’s on. I’m trying to make some artwork for each song on the ‘narrow stairs’ album by Death Cab For Cutie. I’m not gonna give myself a time limit or something like that. Just go with the flow! Here’s the second one in the series inspired on the last song on the album ‘The Ice Is Getting Thinner’

Wow it’s really been a very long time that I’ve made some personal artwork! Here’s one that I made a couple of days ago. It’s inspired on a song by Death Cab For Cutie. They have an awesome new album out named ‘Narrow Stairs’ I am thinking about doing a personal project on that album. The music is really inspiring to create some nice artwork, so maybe there will be something like a ‘DCFC Artwork Project’ going on…something like that. For now this poster I created by the song ‘I Will Possess Your Heart’

Lately I have refreshed some of my ‘gadgets’. The nice thing is that everything shines again and is better and faster…but I also have to get rid of the old items, that I really got attached to over the years. For instance my cellphone..man that thing is antique! I’ve carried it with me everyday for I don’t know how many years! And the same for my skanked-up iPod nano, that I used daily. I also have to consider getting rid of my favorite sneakers of all time, my Puma Sky Hi. I am not that much of a shoe-collector..but I really liked these ones cause of the retro look and they were comfortable to wear. Actually I’ve thrown them away three times before..but just before the would go into the bin I snatched them back and thew them under my bed..and ware them again.
But here is the new stuff, which I am also really happy with. A pre-paid…yea..a pre-paid mobile phone, iPodClassic80GB and a nice oldskool Casio
So I passed my exams last week! Had to travel from Boxtel to Dordrecht for a stupic autograph..but hey..I made it! Now we have to build an end-expo and that’s it! Four years of SintLucas joy and wisdom has come to an end. Ive learned a lot over there, not only become a graphic designer, but also become a different person. A richer person, Thanks to all the fantastic people Ive met. I am really happy that I took the step to SintLucas four years ago and I wouldn’t miss it for a thing! So a big thanks to everyone I met over there and now I am going to enjoy my vacation, try to work on some nice projects before I head of to Lincoln-UK in August. Also need to fill out some paperwork for that… I’m also gonna post some schoolwork here in the following weeks, so make sure you keep checking in from time to time. I’m also busy with my shirts, picked up the new shirt yesterday over at loose. But I want to make some nice pictures of them and the launch it over here. The current photo’s of the ‘Botterik’ are a bit crappy..
That’s it for now! I’m planning some changes on my blog which you will see in the near future. Oh By the way, here’s a sneak-peak of the Diploma project that I will post here anytime soon! Cheers
